RGR Airon OÜ has a wide range of cutting, bending and leveling equipment of high quality and professional close-knit team that enable the company to offer services in the field of cutting, leveling and bending taking into account clients individual needs.

Currently RGR Airon company offers cutting, bending and leveling of details and sheets from mild and stainless steel, aluminium, plywood both from its own materials and from the materials of the client. Due to successful work on Estonian market the company created a lot of regular customers engaged in differend fields of metallwork that enable us to offer additional services in metallwork relying on our partners and their experiance.

Availability of own vehicle park enables RGR Airon OÜ to make deliveries to the client both within Estonia and to the countries of West- and East-Europe through our partners.

Equipment and its performance capabilities:

Cortina DS 3100 – mild steel cutting from 15 to 300 mm


Cortina DS 3100 – mild and stainless steel cutting from 2 to 16 mm


Omnicut 4000 – mild steel cutting from 2 to 80 mm, cutting and marking of stainless steel from 2 to 16 mm,


Omnicut – mild steel cutting from 15 to 120 mm both perpendicularly and under required angle (DBA)


Multitherm 3600 – mild steel cutting from 2 to 80 mm and stainless steel cutting from 2 to 30 mm


Aliko Water Jet Cutting System – cutting a wide range of materials from 0.5 mm to 60 - 80 mm and marking


Aliko Press break 7000-630 – bending details from mild and stainless steel. Bend’s length up to 6 m with thickness 12 mm. Bend’s length up to 500 mm with thickness 50 mm.


ARKU FlatMaster 120 – leveling of sheets and details from mild and stainless steel of thickness 35 mm.
